摘　　要：目的:利用EQ-5D量表对黑龙江省老年人进行健康自评,并对老年人自评健康状况的影响因素进行分析。方法:利用秩和检验、Tobit模型等统计分析方法,探索老年人自评健康状况的影响因素。结果:不同人口和社会经济学特征以及不同健康行为和生活方式的老年人的EQ-5D健康效用值存在差异。结论:黑龙江省老年人的自评健康状况在国内处于中等水平。年龄、就业状况、是否参加基本医疗保险等等对老年人的自评健康状况有显著影响。Objective： Using EQ-SD scale to evaluate the setf rated health status of the elderly in Heilongjiang and to analyze the influencing factors of the self rated health status of the elderly. Methods： The rank-sum test and Tobit model were employed to ex- plore the influence factors of self-rated health status in the elderly. Results： There were significant differences in the elderly EQ-Sd health utility value among various demographic, socioeconomic characteristics and health behavior. Conclusion： The self-rated health status of the elderly in Heilongjiang was at a moderate level in China. Age, employment status, whether attend whether attend basic medical insurance had significant impact on the self-rated health status of the elderly.
