摘　　要：以互联网为平台,不断优化财务结算流程,是提升患者满意度与医院竞争力的重要举措。文章通过分析财务结算流程设计实施过程存在的风险,加强内部控制防范风险,以方便病患的同时实现内部控制目标。Using the Internet as a platform to continuously optimize the financial settlement process was an important measure to improve patient satisfaction and hospital competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the existing risk of financial settlement process, it suggested to strengthen internal control to prevent risks so as to achieve convenient for patient and internal control objectives.
