摘 要:针对船舶空调系统在冰区海域无法正常运行的问题,文章提出在一定范围内精确控制船舶主辅机冷却水的温度,将船舶主辅机冷却水与海水源热泵系统相耦合,使船舶主辅机冷却水在冰区海域可以作为热泵系统的热源,为船舶舱室供热。以2 800 TEU船舶为对象设计了冰区船舶空调系统,通过对船舶上层建筑进行负荷计算,船舶主辅机冷却水可以为船舶舱室提供充足的热量。通过合理地使用船舶主辅机冷却水,不仅可以解决船舶空调系统在冰区无法正常运行的问题,而且提高了船舶能源的利用率,也为船舶舱室提供稳定舒适的人工环境。Aiming at the abnormal operation of the marine air conditioning system in the ice zone, the article comes up with controlling the temperature of the cooling water in the main and auxiliary engine accurately within certain limits coupling with the seawater source heat pump, which makes cooling water become the heat source of the heat pump system in ice zone to supply heat to the cabins. Based on 2 800 TEU ship, the article designs marine air conditioning system in ice zone. It is found that cooling water of the marine main and auxiliary engine could supply enough heat to the cabins from the thermal load calculation of the cabins. By the intelligent use of the marine main and auxiliary engine, the abnormal operation of the marine air conditioning system in the ice zone can be solved, while improving the energy utilization ratio and ensuring the artificial environment in cabins stable and comfortable.
