摘 要:采用雷诺平均纳维—斯托克斯(RANS)法对B型螺旋桨和对转螺旋桨周围的粘性流场进行数值处理,运用计算机软件分别进行三维建模和网格划分,再对结果进行图像处理。分析研究湍流模型对螺旋桨水动力性能的影响,对对转桨进行数值计算验证,同时对其敞水性能参数的匹配问题进行探讨,分析其尾流和速度场的变化情况。结果表明,SST k-ω模型为较佳的湍流模型;对转桨在适当的桨距比和直径比的情况下,后桨可充分吸收前桨的尾涡能量,其推进效率明显提高。The numerical calculations, adopting RANS method, are conducted on the viscous flow field around the B-type and counter-rotating propellers. The computer software is used to build 3D models and meshing, and then the results are processed in the way of the image. The influence of different turbulence models on the hydrodynamic performance of propellers is analyzed and studied. The numerical calculation of counter-rotating propellers is researched, and the open water performance of parameters matching problem is discussed. In addition, the wake flow and the change of velocity field are analyzed. The result shows that the SST k-ω is superior to other turbulence models. Under the appropriate blade pitch ratio and diameter ratio, the tandem propeller can effectively absorb the energy of trailing vortex, and the propulsive efficiency can be improved obviously.
