摘  要:针对应急条件下西部无图区使用地图产品的问题,本文提出了利用天绘一号卫星影像产品快速制作正射影像的方法。首先,利用少量控制点(不超过3个)对天绘一号卫星1B级的三线阵和高分辨率卫星影像产品的RPC模型进行精化,并利用精化后的三线阵卫星影像产品进行无图区地形的三维重建,得到数字表面模型(DSM);然后,基于DSM以及精化后高分辨率影像的RPC模型对影像进行正射纠正,最终得到无图区2m分辨率正射影像数据。本文利用青海某地区的天绘一号卫星影像进行实验,卖验结果表明,无需特殊处理设备,可快速生成2m分辨率正射影像数据,精度达到1:5万地形图成图要求,满足应急条件下无图区使用地图产品的要求。In order to meet the emergent need for map products of certain western areas without images, a method for quick- ly producing orthoimage of no image's area with TH-01 satellite image is presented in this paper. The rational polynomial coeffi- cient (RPC) models of the TH-01 satellite's 1B level three line image product and high resolution image products are refined by using a few ground control points( no more than three points), and the digital surface model (DSM) is set up by utilizing the re- fined TH-01 satellite's 1B level three line image products to reconstruct the 3D terrain of no image's area. Then the image ortho- rectification based on DSM and the refined RPC model of high resolution image is implemented. Finally the 2-meter resolution or- thoimage data of no image's area is obtained. The experiment is carried out by utilizing TH-01 satellite images of a certain area of Qinghai, and the result shows that 2-meter resolution orthoimage could be generated quickly without any special device, and its accuracy meet the requirement of producing a topographic map on a scale of 1 : 50000, which will satisfy the application require- ments for emergency in no image's area.
