摘 要:目的分析我院2011至2015年临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌在临床标本中的分布特点及其常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法常规方法分离582株菌株,测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC),根据美国临床标准化委员会(CLSI)2012标准评价抗菌药物敏感性,用WHONET5.6软件和SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌主要来源于痰液(83.68%);以神经外科病房检出率最高(38.32%);该菌对复方磺胺甲噁唑和亚胺培南耐药率较低,分别为49.66%和55.15%;对其余多种抗菌药物耐药率在62.37%以上;其中分离出多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌348株(59.79%)。结论鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率较高且具有多重耐药性。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug- resis- tance to the common antibiotics of Acinetobacter baumannii from 2011 to 2015 in our hospital, and to provide guidance for rational use of antimi- crobial agents. Methods Total of 582 strains were isolated from clinical specimens. Their antimicrobial susceptibility was assessed via minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) method. They were analyzed with WHONET 5.6 and SPSS19.0 Softwares based on the Clinical and Labo- ratory Standards Institute (CLSI) 2012 guideline. Results The major specimens of Acinetobacter baumanuii clinical isolates was sputum (83.68%). And the strains were isolated mainly from neurosurgical de- partment (38.32%). More than 62. 37% of the isolates were resistant to all the antimicrobial agents except sulfamethoxazole and imipenem (49.66% and 55.15%, respectively). And 348 strains (59.79%) were muhidrug resistant on the Acinetobacter baumannii. Conclusion The resistant rates of Acinetobacter baumannii were rather high, appearing multi - drug resistance.
