摘 要:绝缘子的污秽闪络特性是输电线路外绝缘选择的重要依据之一。除了盐密与灰密对绝缘子的污秽闪络特性的影响,关于盐雾盐度对绝缘子闪络特性的影响也不容忽视。因此通过在人工污秽试验室内对表面积污绝缘子在盐雾环境下的污秽闪络进行了模拟,得到3种型号绝缘子在不同等值盐密、不同盐雾盐度下的污闪电压,并进行了闪络电压公式的拟合。通过对试验结果的分析可知:绝缘子在盐雾环境下的污闪电压仍与盐密值成幂函数关系;且随着盐雾盐度的增大,绝缘子闪络电压降低,两者也成幂函数关系。Pollution flashover performance is one of the key issues of external insulation selection of transmission lines. Researches nowadays focus more on influence of salt/non-soluble deposit density on flashover performance. Influence of salinity of salt fog on flashover performance is not paid attention to. However, the impact of salt fog on insulator flasho- ver cannot be ignored according to the flashover accidents happened in Hainan power grid. Therefore, we simulated the contaminated insulators flashover in salt fog in artificial pollution chamber, and obtained the pollution flashover voltages of three types of insulators under different salt deposit density and salinity. And flashover voltages were fitted to formula as well. The analyses of test results show that the relationship between pollution flashover voltage and salt deposit density is a power function even in salt fog. With the increase of salinity of salt fog, pollution flashover voltage decreases. The relationship between them is a power function as well.
