摘 要:为了探究乙丙橡胶绝缘的表面击穿特性和沿面放电行为,选择板-板电极、棒-环电极和针-板电极3种典型的电极结构来模拟不同电场分布,分别测量并分析了3种电极下外施交流和负极性直流电压时乙丙橡胶的表面击穿电压和击穿痕迹。在外施交流电压下,测量了不同电压下的沿面放电,分析了沿面放电起始和发展过程。试验结果表明:电场分布越均匀,表面击穿电压越大;板-板电极下的起始放电电压与电极间距成正相关性,而棒-环电极和针-板电极下的起始放电与起晕电压相关,其值在1.9~2.4kV之间;在不同电场分布和放电阶段,发生的放电类型和放电谱图也有所差别,而且在沿面放电前期,放电脉冲幅值较小,约为1.2V;但是在沿面放电后期,放电比较分散,放电脉冲幅值较大,最高可达43V。据此可以对沿面放电发展的严重程度进行判断。It is important to understand the surface breakdown characteristics and the surface discharge behavior of eth- ylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation material. For this purpose, three different electrode structures, namely, plane to plane electrode, rod to ring electrode, and needle to plane electrode, have been chosen to simulate different electric field distribution. During the experiment, surface breakdown voltage and breakdown tracking under three different electrode structures, by which AC voltage and negative polarity DC voltage are applied, respectively, are measured and analyzed. Then, the discharge patterns of surface discharge under different AC voltage levels are measured, and inception and de- velopment processes of surface discharge are also analyzed. The experimental results show that the increase of surface discharge voltage magnitude becomes higher when the electric field distribution is more uniform. Under plane to plane electrode, the inception discharge voltage depends on the gap distance of two electrodes. Moreover, under rod to ring electrode and needle to plane electrode, the inception discharge voltage magnitude is closely related to the inception volt- age magnitudeof corona, ranging from 1.9 kV to 2.4 kV. The discharge type and discharge pattern are also different under different electric field distribution and discharge stages. The magnitude of discharge pules is small at the beginning of the surface discharge, about 1.2 V. When the flashover occurs, the discharge distribution is more scattered, and the magnitude of discharge pulses rises to about 43 V. From the above mentioned, the severity degree of surface discharge development can be discriminated.
