摘 要:采用控制线圈电流的方法可以保证永磁真空断路器分合闸时间的稳定性,为进一步提高断路器分合闸过程中线圈电流的控制精度,实现真空断路器稳定可靠的分合闸操作,提出了混合型脉宽调制(PWM)控制方法。分析了影响控制器输出电流精度的原因,并对混合型PWM控制方法原理进行了详细的阐述。对影响PWM占空比基值变化量的因素进行了详细的说明,并给出了PWM参考基值曲线的精确计算及其近似计算方法。实验数据显示,混合型PWM控制方法可以有效提高断路器分合闸的可靠性,减小了控制器输出电流的纹波,有效提高了控制电流的输出质量,使电流的误差区间减小了86%以上。Time for opening and closing vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) in the presence of permanent magnet actua- tor(PMA) can be kept stable by controlling the coil current. In order to improve control accuracy of the current, and make the switching more reliable, we proposed a hybrid pulse-width modulation (PWM) control method, analyzed reasons why the accuracy of the current output by controller was affected, and described the principle for hybrid pulse-width modula- tion in detail. Moreover, Factors that would impact the duty cycles were analyzed in detail, and both the accurate calculating and the approximate calculating methods for the reference duty cycle's value of hybrid PWM were given. Ex- periments have verified that opening and closing VCB will be more reliable when using hybrid PWM control method, which can effectively reduce the ripple of the current and improve the quality of the output current. By using the control method, the deviation of the current can be reduced by more than 86%.
