摘　　要：目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染对精液参数及精子DNA完整性的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月来本院医学生殖中心就诊的41名乙肝病毒感染阳性男性不育患者（试验组）和45例健康生育男性（对照组），采用伟力wL-9000精液分析仪测定精液密度、活力、畸形精子率、前向运动活动精子等精液参数；采用精子染色质扩散实验（SCD法）进行精子DNA完整性分析。结果试验组精液密度为（40．19±18．52）×106／ml，精子活力为（39．33±15．84）％，精子畸形率为（28．83±10．54）％，前向运动精子为（37．95±11．67）％，精子DNA碎片指数（DFI）为（23．35±12．24）％。与对照组相比，试验组精液密度下降、活力下降、精子畸形率增加、前向运动精子减少、DFI升高，差异有统计学意义（t=6．16、6．87、11．40、5．75、7．48，P〈0．051。结论乙型肝炎病毒感染影响精液参数及精子DNA，可能是造成男性不育的原因之一。Objective To explore the influence of hepatisis B virus （HBV） infection on human sperm parameters and sperm DNA integrity. Methods 41 infertile male patients positively infected by HBV and treated at the reproductive medical center of 174th hospital from January, 2013 to December, 2015 were selected as an experimental group and 45 healthy fertile men were selected as a control group. The sperm parameters, density, activity, abnormal spermatozoa, forward movement sperm, etc. were detected with the WL-9000 sperm analyzer. The sperm DNA was detected with Sperm Chrome Dilution （ SCD ） . Results The sperm density was （ 40.19±18.52 ）% 4 106/ml, the sperm activity （39.33± 15.84）%, the abnormal spermatozoa （28.83±10.54）%, the forward movement sperm （37.95±11.67）%, and the sperm DNA fragment index （23.35±12.24）% in the experimental group. There were statistical differences in sperm density, activity, abnormal spermatozoa, forward movement sperm, and sperm DNA integrity between these two groups （ t=6.16, 6.87, 11.40, 5.75, 7.48, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hepatisis B virus infection affects sperm density, vitality, and sperm DNA integrity, so it may be one reason caused male infertility.
