摘　　要：目的探讨骨科器械消毒供应流程的更新改造。方法回顾性对比分析5458例2012年1月至2016年5月期间骨科器械消毒供应的内植入材料手术病例的不良事件发生率，以2014年3月1日前为对照组共2866例，其后为实验组2592例，分析流程中存在的弊端并提出新的改进方法，对传统的器械商跟台模式的利弊进行了探讨，对器械仓储的必要性和可能性进行了分析。结果实验组不良事件（包括左右弄错、姓名张冠李戴、术中钢板型号不全、螺钉不全、导向定位针不全、电动工具故障）发生率（0．27％）比对照组（1．00％）明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过对骨科器械消毒供应的流程再造可明显降低不良事件的发生率。打破传统模式，创新思维，再造出更合理、更规范的流程，才能对患者的安全提供更加有力的保障，需要医护人员共同努力和医院领导的大力支持。Objective To explore the procedure reconstruction of orthopedics apparatus degerm and supply. Methods The adverse incidents in 5 458 cases which had been performed interstitial implant material operations by orthopedics apparatus degerming and supplying from January, 2012 to May, 2016 were retrospectively and comparatively analyzed. 2 866 cases before March 1st, 2014 were set as a control group and the other 2592 cases a test group. The malpractice of the procedure was analyzed and new improving methods were offered. The advantages and disadvantages of the mode in traditional apparatus businessman partaking operations were explore. The necessity and probability in apparatus warehouse were analyzed. Results The incidence of adverse incidents, making mistakes in left and right or in name, Nickelclad Version or screw or targeting detent pin not enough, power tool breakdown, was 0.27% in the test group and 1.00% the control group, with a statistical difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The procedure reconstruction of orthopedics apparatus degerm and supply can obviously reduce the adverse incidents. It will supply the vigorous safeguard to patients by breaking the traditional form, bringing new ideas, and reconstructing for reasonable and normative procedures. It is necessary for the medical staffto make co-endeavour and hosnital leaders strongly to support.
