摘 要:目的分析在食管肿瘤切除术后早期对病人实施品管圈活动预防其肠内营养并发症的效果。方法在本院实行食管肿瘤切除术治疗的病人中选取80例作为此次研究对象,分为A组与B组,各40例。A组实行品管圈活动,B组实行常规预防干预,对比分析两组肠内营养并发症发生率及对护理的满意度。结果A组并发症总发生率(10.00%)低于B组(27.50%),对护理的满意度(90.00%)高于B组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对食管肿瘤根治术病人实施品管圈活动,可有效预防病人手术后早期肠内营养并发症的发生,并提升病人对护理的满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle in the prevention of the complications of early enteral nutrition after the resection of esophageal cancer. Methods 80 patients undertaking neoplasms resection at our hospital were selected as study objects and were divided into group A and group B, 40 cases for each group. Quality circle control was implemented in group A. Group B got routine preventive intervention. The incidence of complications of enteral nutrition and satisfaction to nursing care were compared between these two groups. Result The overall incidence of complications was lower and the satisfaction to nursing care was higher in group A than in group B (10.00% vs. 27.50% and 90.00% vs. 72.50%), with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The implementation of quality control circle in esophageal cancer patients undergoing radical surgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of the complications of postoperative early enteral nutrition and improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing care, so it is worth being generalized.
