摘　　要：分析了烟花底座的性能要求和工艺特点,介绍了成型该塑件注射模的结构、工作过程及制造特点,叙述了连杆顶出式多向斜抽芯机构的设计要点,解决了4个倾斜角度不同的小圆筒在脱模时的侧向分型与抽芯问题,该模具结构紧凑、合理,生产的塑件达到使用要求。The performance requirements and structural characteristic of a plastic fireworks base were analyzed. The structure, working process and manufacturing characteristics of an injection mould for the plastic were described. The key points in designing the multi-ram inclined core-pulling mechanism through ejecting by connecting rod were stated in detail. It resolved side parting and core-pulling problem because of the four different inclined an- gles. The mould was compact and reliable, and the plastic met the usage requirement.
