摘　　要：介绍冲模零件镀铬工艺,在实践中不断探索积累形成了一套完善的工艺流程控制方法,通过严格执行所述的控制方法,冲模零件镀铬后的使用寿命保持在8~10万冲次,高于同行业标准3万冲次以上,其外观质量也有较大幅度提升,为企业带来了较好的经济效益和社会价值。The chrome plating process of stamping die parts was presented, and a set of complete process control method was formed in practice. The service life of die parts after chrome plating was 80-100 thousand times by strictly implement the control method, which was higher than the same industry standard 30 thousand times.
