摘 要:随着信息技术和制造技术的发展,井漏作为在钻井过程中经常遇到的问题,迫切需要一种自动在线环空液面监测系统预测漏层位置、成功堵漏以确保井控安全性。在介绍环空液面监测原理的基础上,自动在线环空液面监测系统对手动环空液面监测系统进行了较大的改进。PLC控制装置的引进、TWM软件分析系统和PLC控制系统的结合,界面操作方便性和安全性大大提高,远程控制距离可达100 m。该研究可以自动在线、安全快捷监测漏层位置,试验证明该研究可行性强、准确性高,具有广泛的应用前景。With the development of information technology and manufacturing technology,it is urgent to develop a kind of automatic on-line monitoring system to predict the thief zone point,so as to successfully control the lost circulation which is so common during drilling,ensuring a safe well control.On basis of the principle of annulus liquid level monitoring,some improvements were made to the automatic online monitoring system over the manual monitoring system.The PLC control device was introduced,TWM software analysis system was combined with PLC control system,interface operation was made easier and safer,and the remote control distance was up to 100 meters.This system can be used to monitor the well loss location on line automatically,quickly and safely.The test proves this achievement is feasible and accurate,it has a wide application prospect.
