摘 要:近几年来,随着油田勘探开发逐步向深层发展,深井超深井钻井越来越普遍,钻具悬重越来越大,而常规双吊卡、卡瓦配合单吊卡等起下钻方式存在劳动量大,卡瓦牙损伤钻杆本体等问题,且易发生单吊环起下钻事故,造成重大经济损失。针对性研发了带子母接头的特殊结构钻杆及配套的无卡瓦牙零咬伤气动卡瓦,有效规避了常规起下钻方式的不足,大大提高了劳动效率,节约了起下钻时间,现场应用取得了良好的效果。As more deep reservoirs are developed,more and more deep and ultra-deep wells are drilled,and the suspension weight of drill string is becoming higher,which has put the drill pipe safety to a more important role.Normally,double elevators or one slip plus one elevator are used for tripping.But those operation methods need more man power,and the slip dies can cause damage to drill pipe body,or even produce single lifting ring accident.In order to solve these problems,drill pipe with multi-joints and specially designed pneumatic slips without dies were developed and applied in Tahe oilfield.They could improve the operation efficiency,safety,and save more tripping time.The field operation showed very good results.
