摘  要:以兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道为依托,建立三维数值计算模型,对该TBM隧道Ⅳ级围岩段的支护力学特性进行分析,并与现场监测数据进行了对比。研究结果表明:初期支护增强了结构整体性,围岩竖向位移影响范围的减小效果明显;初期支护和锚杆结构受力整体处于安全状态,局部支护可以进一步改进;拱顶最大竖向位移远小于预警值,表明TBM施工对围岩扰动较小,初期支护结构处于安全状态。Based on the West Qinling Tunnel of Lanzhou--Chongqing Railway, a three-dimensional numerical model is established to analyze the supporting mechanics characteristics of the IV-grade surrounding rock section of the TBM tunnel and compare it with the field monitoring data. The results show that the initial support can enhance the structural integrity, and the influence range of the vertical displacement of the surrounding rock is reduced obviously. The initial support and the anchor rod structure stress are in the safe state, and the local support can be further improved. The maximum vertical displacement of the vault is far less than the warning value, which indicates that the TBM construction has less disturbance to the surrounding rock, and the initial supporting structure is in a safe state.
