摘  要:以上海地区典型的3,4,5,6号土为对象,对盾构施工中采用泡沫改良剂进行了试验研究。结果表明:上海软土进行盾构施工时,当室内试验中切削仪扭矩低于2 150 k N·m时可不进行土体改良。对于需要改良的土体,如高黏性的上海6号土,可通过添加30%的泡沫进行改良。添加一定量的水(添加土体含水率提高约10%的水量)后,改良效果更佳。The Experiment of soil foam modifer during shield tunneling is researched by the typical soil #3, #4, #5 and #6 of Shanghai. The results show that during the shield tunneling in the soft clay area of Shanghai, soil improvement may not be performed if it is verified by a cutting dynamometer during laboratory test that cutting torque is less than 2 150 kN m. For the soil needing improvement, for example of the soil #6, 30 % foam may be used for improvement. After addition of a certain amount of water (in such a way that the moisture content of the soil is increased by 10 % ), improvement effect becomes better.
