摘　　要：在晚清社会动乱及西学冲击下,传统教育已大不如前。为维护中国传统教育,重振中央官学国子监的发展,宗室祭酒盛昱任职后,在经济、管理及教学方面采取一系列措施。经过六年孜孜不断的努力及同仁的助力,国子监的发展在晚清达到新的高峰。In the late Qing dynasty, with the social unrest and impact of western culture, traditional education is no better than before. In order to maintain traditional Chinese education and rejuvenate Guozijian, the central governmental college, Shengyu, the Manchu Jijiu, adopted a series of measurements in economy, administration and teaching methods. After six years of continuous efforts and with the help of other people, the development of Guozijian in late Qing dynasty reached a new peak.
