现代集合住宅阳台多样化设计浅析

摘　　要：阳台是住宅中一个不可或缺的部分,不仅要满足住户对于功能方面的要求,还要满足住户对于精神层面的需求。阳台是居住者享受阳光、呼吸新鲜空气的场所。它作为户内空间与户外空间交流的桥梁,引导住户更多的走出房门亲近大自然,同时为建筑的绿色节能与生态化做出贡献。因此,阳台设计的优劣已经成为近年来改善居住环境、实施生态发展战略的重要研究课题之一。该文首先介绍了我国现代集合住宅阳台的大致情况,然后着重从阳台设计的功能性、生态性与美观性,论述集合住宅阳台的多样化设计,最后总结集合住宅阳台设计的发展趋势。Balcony is an irreplaceable part of residence. It is not only to meet the functional needs of the tenants, but more to satisfy the tenants spiritual needs. Balcony is a place to enjoy sunshine and fresh air. It is also the connection between outdoor and indoor. It leads people to go out to be close to nature and contributes a lot to the energy conservation and ecology of the building. The design of balcony has become an important study of residential environment improvement and ecology development. In this paper, we first introduce the current situation of balcony in China, then focus on the diversity of the balcony design of modern collective housing on three aspects： the diversification of the function, the ecology and forms, at last we summarize the development tendency of balcony design.
