“内外使用者并重”的城中村社区建筑空间构成研究——以西安市祭台村为例

摘　　要：城中村与其周边的城市区域是一个具有动态平衡联系的整体,城中村的建筑空间环境是内外使用者空间需求的集中体现。文章基于"内外使用者并重"的城中村社区建筑空间营建理念,以西安市一个典型城中村改造小区为例,总结城中村改造小区建筑空间构成与内外使用者需求之间的密切关联,并尝试确定城中村社区的范围,分析城中村社区内外使用者的空间诉求,整合利用城中村社区既有空间和公共服务设施,重新构建城中村改造小区建筑空间的构成体系,为目前城中村改造小区中建筑空间的规划设计提供新的研究思路。It is an organic and dynamic balance system in urban village including the surrounding in city area. The architectural space of urban village reflects the requirements of internal and external users. Based on the design concept of ＂equal consideration of both internal and external users ＂ in the urban village community, we summarize the closing contact between internal ＆ external user＇s needs and architectural space combination, confirm community scope, users＇ needs, which taking a typical reformation under the urban village community in Xi＇an for example. At the same time, based on the border of urban village community, we rebuild a new architectural space combination system through analysis of space needs between internal and external users, and reasonable distribution the public service facilities in urban village community, for the purpose of providing a new planning and design idea in reformation under the urban village community.
