海绵城市建设背景下的城市工业废弃地景观改造--以海盐中兴公园景观设计为例

摘　　要：城市化进程的加快使城市的产业结构发生变化,许多工厂企业纷纷向城市外围迁移,城市中留下了大量的工业废弃地,制约着城市的发展建设。该文对当前城市工业废弃地改造过程中存在的问题进行总结,提出了基于海绵城市建设背景下的城市工业废弃地改造的基本模式,并以海盐中兴公园景观设计项目为例,探讨了在海绵城市建设理念指导下的工业废弃地改造设计,以期与城市发展和生态文明建设同步。The acceleration of urbanization has changed the industrial structure of the city. Many factories and enterprises have migrated to the periphery of the city, leaving a large number of industrial wasteland in the city, which restricting the development and construction of the city. We summarize the existing problems in the process of urban industrial wasteland reconstruction, and put forward the basic strategy of urban industrial waste tand reconstruction based on the background of sponge city construction. Through the practice of landscape design of Haiyan Zhongxing Park, we discuss the construction concept under the guidance of the industrial waste land reconstruction design, with a view of urban development and ecologicai civilization construction synchronization.
