摘　　要：福建土楼作为福建省乃至中国的标志性民居建筑,已经成为世界瞩目的焦点和传统民居的典范。福建土楼建筑美观,结构合理,工艺高超,蕴含了大量的传统民间智慧。如今福建土楼已经申遗成功成为世界文化遗产,对于福建土楼的保护有着重要的意义。作者从世界文化遗产保护的角度出发,根据国内外对于世界文化遗产的保护制定的规章制度及其保护模式,结合福建土楼的申遗保护历程,总结并提出了土楼后续保护的经验和建议。As a landmark of dwellings in Fujian province, China, Fujian Tulou has already become the focus of the world and the model of traditional dwellings. It is artistic, reasonable and high- tec, contains a large number of traditional folk wisdom. Fujian Tulou has become the world cultural heritage now, which is of great significance to protect Fujian Tulou. With the perspective of the world cultural heritage protection, according to the regulatory framework and protected mode from the world cultural heritage protection in domestic and foreign, combining with the protection of historical process of Fujian Tulou, we summarize and put forward some experiences and suggestions for the follow-up protection of Tulou.
