摘　　要：闽南-台湾浅滩渔场是台湾海峡南部重要的上升流渔场,其独特地理位置造就丰富的各类渔业资源,其中重要资源中国枪乌贼近年来在近海资源衰退,自身可捕量大,再生力强的背景下越发得到重视及利用。然而南海中国枪乌贼资源的认识尚处于起步阶段,相关认识亟待提高。文章对生息于闽南-台浅渔场的中国枪乌贼的生态习性、捕捞利用及市场流通等做调研分析,明确了中国枪乌贼的生活史、对应渔业现状及市场流通情况。同时根据调研梳理出中国枪乌贼资源在闽南-台浅捕捞生产中遭受产卵场及栖息地破坏、过度捕捞、产卵群体被大量捕获、资源状况缺乏认识等诸多制约资源可持续利用的问题,并参考国内外先进渔业管理经验提出:针对性资源保育及增殖、规范专捕渔具管理、综合提升渔业管理水平、近海环境去污染化等解决对策,并作诠释。Minnan-Taiwan bank fishing ground（ MTBF） is an important fishing ground located in the southern Taiwan Strait,which is mainly formed by upwelling. Among various fishery resources in MTBF,mitre squid,as a fast-growth,big-harvest cephalopod resource,is becoming more and more critical under the overfishing circumstance of China coastal fisheries. The current understanding of mitre squid in China is in the primary stage and knowledge of this resource is insufficient. This paper clarifies the survey results regarded to biological characteristics,harvesting and market utilization of MTBF mitre squid. The paper also describes prominent fishing issues in MTBF mitre squid fishery including degrading of spawning ground,overfishing,environmental pollution and weak stock assessment capacity and fishery management. To improve that,series of applicable solutions,regarding to specific conservation and stock enhancement,smart regulation on squid fishing,strengthening fisheries enforcement,pollution remediation are suggested and illustrations are given out as well.
