摘 要:为探究小麦花药愈伤组织诱导率(callus induction rate,CIR)的遗传规律,筛选小麦花药CIR配合力和遗传力表现优良的亲本,采用完全双列杂交方法对部分皖北栽培小麦花药CIR进行一般配合力效应、特殊配合力效应分析,并估算其遗传参数。结果表明,小麦花药CIR基因型间差异显著,新麦208、烟农19、煤生0308具有较高的CIR;小麦花药CIR的遗传差异既包括加性效应,也包括显性效应,但以加性效应为主;一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达极显著水平,新麦208一般配合力高,其相对效应值为7.24,其配制的杂交组合特殊配合力也普遍具有正效应,是开展小麦花药培养的理想桥梁亲本;小麦花药CIR具有较高的遗传力,其广义遗传力和狭义遗传力分别为94.90%和76.02%。因此,可以通过大规模筛选一般配合力效应高的亲本材料来提高小麦花培育种的效率。In order to explore the inheritance of callus induction rate(CIR) of the wheat anther culture and select elite parental materials, with complete diallel cross as method, analysis on the general combi- ning ability (GCA) and special combining ability (SCA) was conducted with some wheat varieties (lines) in northern Anhui. The genetic parameter was also estimated. It was suggested that the difference of CIR between genotypes was significant. Three varieties (Xinmai 208, Yannong 19, and Meisheng 0308) had higher CIR. The genetic difference of CIR was controlled by dominance effect and additive effect and the latter was more important than the former. The GCA and SCA variance was both highly significant. The GCA of Xinmai 208 was higher and the relative effect value of this trait was 7. 24. The prepared mating combination with Xinmai 208 showed common positive SCA effect value for CIR. Xinmai 208 was a preferable bridge parental material for wheat anther culture. The heritability of CIR was relatively high. The value of the broad heritability was 94.90% and the value of narrow heritability was 76.02 %. Therefore, the breeding efficiency of wheat anther culture could beraised through large scale screening on the wheat parental materials with high GCA.
