摘 要:为探讨沟播对盐碱地小麦的增产机理,明确适合盐碱地小麦的沟播方式,以小麦耐盐品种青麦6号为试验材料,设置平播(CK)、沟播两行(T1)、沟播三行(T2)三种处理,研究了沟播对盐碱地小麦干物质积累与分配及灌浆速率的影响。研究表明,沟播较平播可显著提高盐碱地小麦旗叶的可溶性糖含量及籽粒的灌浆速率,其中,T2处理的效果最明显。T2处理与其余处理相比显著降低了花前营养器官贮藏同化物的转运量、转运效率及其对籽粒产量的贡献率,但显著提高花后干物质积累量及其对籽粒产量的贡献率。T2处理提高了干物质在茎鞘+叶片、穗轴+颖壳及籽粒中的积累量。沟播处理较平播均能显著提高穗数和产量,其中T2处理的产量达到了7 988.35kg·hm-2。因此认为,沟内三行播种可作为盐碱地小麦较为合理的播种方式。In order to study the mechanism of increasing yield of wheat in saline alkali land, with Qing- mai 6 as material, three sowing models, the flat sowing(CK), furrow sowing(T1), furrow sowing three lines(T2) were conducted. The effects of different furrow sowing models on dry matter accumu- lation and distribution of dry matter and grain filling rate of wheat in saline alkali land were studied. The results showed that the soluble sugar content of flag leaf and grain filling rate were significantly increased in saline alkali soil, and the effect of T2 was the most significant. Compared to other treat- ments, T2 significantly reduced the transport rate and grain contribution rate from vegetative organs assimilate pre anthesis, but significantly increased dry matter accumulation and contribution rate to grain after anthesis. T2 increased the dry matter accumulation in leaf and stem, and sheath and spike, and glume and grain. Compared with flat sowing, furrow sowing could significantly increase the num- ber of spikes and yield. Of them, the yield of T2 treatment reached 7 988.35 kg · hm^-2. Thus, the ex- periment showed that the three line trench(T2) can be used as reasonable sowing method for saline wheat cultivation.
