摘 要:探讨一种新型马来酸酐变性淀粉浆料应用于苎麻纱常温上浆的可行性。通过改变马来酸酐变性淀粉在浆料配方中的比例,调制了几种不同浆液,然后对其浆液性能进行测试,并与工厂常用配方浆料调制的高温浆液进行浆纱性能对比。结果表明:马来酸酐变性淀粉浆料能够使浆液温度在25℃时仍具有较好的黏附性能及一定的黏度稳定性,且基本达到苎麻纱上浆性能要求。认为:马来酸酐变性淀粉浆料可以应用于苎麻纱常温上浆。Feasibility of a new type maleic anhydride modified starch size applied in ramie yarn normal temperature sizing process was discussed. By changing the proportion of maleic anhydride modified starch in sizing in- struction, several different sizing were prepared. Properties of sizing were tested and compared with the sizing instruction which was often used in high-temperature sizing process. The results show that maleic anhydride modified starch size still have better adhesion property and a certain adhesion stability when sizing temperature is 25 ℃. And its properties basically achieve the sizing performance requirements of ramie yarn. It is considered that maleic anhydride modified starch size can be applied in ramie yarn normal temperature sizing process.
