摘  要:研究过氧乙酸预处理对亚麻短纤维可纺性的影响。采用过氧乙酸对亚麻短纤维进行预处理,探讨了过氧乙酸用量、温度、时间对亚麻短纤维失重率、断裂强度、分裂度和白度的影响。试验结果表明:过氧乙酸用量5g/L、温度50℃、时间50min时亚麻短纤维失重率、断裂强度、白度、分裂度性能指标最好,短纤维的可纺性得到改善;认为:采用过氧乙酸处理亚麻短纤维有利于提高纤维可纺性。Spinnability effect of short flax fiber after peracetic acid pretreatment was studied. Short flax fiber was pretreated by peracetic acid. The impact of the amount of peracetic acid, temperature and time on weight loss ratio, breaking strength,disintegration degree and whiteness of short flax fiber were discussed. Test results show that when the amount of peracetic acid is 5 g/L, temperature is 50 ℃ and the time is 50 min, weight loss, breaking strength,whiteness and disintegration degree of short flax fiber are the best and the spinnability of short flax fiber is improved. It is considered that short flax fiber after peracetic acid pretreatment would he conducive to improving the spinnability.
