摘  要:总结新型短流程清梳联纺转杯纱的效果。介绍了新一代短流程清梳联转杯纺生产线各单机的主要技术特征,各工序主要工艺参数配置,半制品产质量和转杯纺成纱产质量情况,并对该清梳联的节能情况进行了分析。生产实践表明:该清梳联生产的28tex转杯纱质量可以达到Uster 2007公报5%的水平。认为:该短流程清梳联转杯纺生产线自动化程度高,在高产优质及节能方面具有较大优势,在高产状态下的成纱质量指标能够达到较好水平。Effect of spinning rotor yarn on new short process blowing-carding unit was summarized. The main characteristics of each single machine in new short process blowing-carding unit rotor spinning production line, the main technological parameters of all processes and the output and quality of semi-finished products and rotor yarn were introduced. Energy saving of this blowing-carding unit was analyzed. The production practice shows that the quality of 28 tex rotor yarn produced by this blowing-carding unit can meet the Uster 2007 5% level. It is considered that the short process blowing-carding unit rotor spinning production line has a higher degree of automation, more advantages in higher production, better quality and energy saving. At the same time, yarn quality indexes could reach to a better level at high production.
