摘  要:总结国内外精梳机梳理元件的应用情况。精梳锡林的发展分别经历了植针梳片焊接式锡林、梳针整体式锡林、黏接式锯齿整体锡林、嵌入式锯齿整体锡林及可调节梳理隔距的梳针锯齿整体锡林5个阶段。为了满足精梳机高速化和高产化的要求,通过增大锡林针齿的针密,并增大锡林的齿面角以增加锡林总梳理点。在有足够容纤空间的前提下,通过优化锡林齿条锯齿的几何形状可提高精梳机的梳理效能,通过选择不同的顶梳密度可适应不同档次的产品梳理。认为:增大锡林针密和锡林齿面角以增加锡林总梳理点,优化锡林齿条锯齿的几何形状,合理设计顶梳密度是精梳机梳理元件的研发趋势。Applications of comber carding component at home and abroad were summarized. The development of combing cylinder had experienced about 5 phases. In order to meet the requirements of high-speed and high yield, total card unit of cylinder was increased by increasing tooth density and tooth surface angle of cylinder. With the precondition of enough space for fibers, combing function of comber could improve by optimizing geo metric shape of cylinder rack. Choosing different top comb density can satisfy the requirements of different grades production. It is considered that increasing tooth density and tooth surface angle of cylinder can increase total card unit of cylinder. Optimizing geometric shape of cylinder rack and reasonable top comb density are the research and development trend of comber carding component.
