摘　　要：介绍USTER QUANTUM EXPERT 3型络筒专家系统的应用效果。阐述了USTER QUANTUM EXPERT 3型络筒专家系统的主要功能和工艺优化方法,并分析了该系统在生产、质量控制、设备检修等方面的应用效果。认为:该专家系统数据量大,功能全,除进行实时监控外,还可实现对工艺和产品质量的控制,有利于发现生产过程中的异常问题,可为设备检修及生产效率的提高提供方便。The application effect of USTER QUANTUM EXPERT 3 for winding was introduced. The main functions and processing optimization method of USTER QUANTUM EXPERT 3 expert system for winding were explained. The application effects of the system in aspects of production, quality control, equipment maintenance etc. were analyzed. It is considered that the expert system has larger data volume and complete functions. Besides real time monitoring, the control of processing and product quality can be achieved by the system. It is beneficial to find out the abnormal problems during production. Moreover,it is convenient for equipment maintenance and the improvement of production efficiency.
