摘　　要：探讨细特涤纶亚麻竹浆纤维混纺包芯纱的工艺配置和生产技术措施。简述了漂白脱胶亚麻、细特涤纶、竹浆纤维的原料特性;首先对亚麻纤维进行预处理,再与其他纤维进行预混;优选纺纱各工艺,严格控制车间温湿度,加强运转管理,做好各牵伸区的清洁,合理选择纺织专件,最终成功纺制了细特涤纶/亚麻/竹浆纤维70/15/15 28.1tex(Pu 22.2dtex)包芯纱,其质量指标符合技术要求。认为:合理的工艺优化可保证氨纶包芯纱包覆效果和筒纱质量。The processing configuration and production technology measures of fine polyester flax bamboo fiber blended core-spun yarn were discussed. The properties of raw materials including bleached degummed flax, fine polyester and bamboo fiber were simply reviewed. At first, flax fiber was pre-treated, and then it was preblended with other fibers. Each spinning process was optimized. The temperature ＆ humidity of workshop were seriously controlled. The running management was strengthened. The cleaning of each drafting area was well done and textile special accessories were reasonably selected. Fine polyester/flax/bamboo fiber 70/15/15 28. 1 rex （Pu 22.2 dtex） core-spun yarn was successfully spun and its quality indexes met with technology requirement. It is considered that the covering effect and cheese quality of polyurethane core-spun yarn can be ensured by the reasonable optimal process.
