摘 要:探讨纳米TiO_2溶胶整理对棉织物防紫外线性能和机械性能的影响规律。介绍了4种浓度纳米TiO_2溶胶的制备过程;测试分析了不同纳米TiO_2溶胶浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对棉织物防紫外线性能和机械性能的影响。结果表明:当纳米TiO_2溶胶浓度为7mmol/L,焙烘温度为130℃,焙烘时间为1min时,棉织物的防紫外线性能和机械性能最佳,并且经过20次洗涤后仍具有良好的防紫外线性能。认为:纳米TiO_2溶胶整理可以显著提高棉织物的防紫外线性能。The influence rule for nano TiO2 sol finishing on the anti-ultraviolet property and mechanical property of cotton fabric was discussed. The producing process of nano TiO2 sol with four concentrations were introduced. The influences of different nano TiO2 sol concentration,baking temperature and baking time on the anti- ultraviolet property and mechanical property of cotton fabric were tested and analyzed. The test results show that the anti-ultraviolet property and mechanical property of cotton fabric were the best when the nano TiO2 sol concentration is 7 mmol/L,baking temperature is 130 ℃ and baking time is 1 min Even after 20 times washing,the fabric still had good anti-ultraviolet property. It is considered that nano TiO2 sol finishing can obviously improve the better anti-ultraviolet property of cotton fabric.
