摘　　要：目的了解西安市≥50岁人群艾滋病疫情及流行特征,为制定针对性的防控措施提供科学依据。方法收集西安市2011-2015年≥50岁人群艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人疫情报告资料,对流行病学特征进行分析。结果2011-2015年西安市共报告≥50岁HIV/AIDS病例478例,占总报告人数的构成比从2011年的7.78%(27/347)上升到2015年的16.67%(181/1 086),病例平均年龄为(56.67±7.60)岁,男女比例为7.24∶1,小学及以下文化占36.19%,农民和民工占的25.52%,异性性传播占61.51%,样本来源于医疗机构检测占62.56%。结论西安市老年HIV/AIDS病例增长快速,异性性传播是主要传播途径,应加强在老年人群中艾滋病防治知识的普及和高危行为干预,采取有针对性地防控措施,降低老年人群艾滋病感染风险。Objective To understand the epidemic situation and epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS among the people aged over 50 years old in Xi＇ an, and to provide scientific basis for developing targeted preventive and control measures. Methods Epidemic situation reports of people aged above 50 years old with HIV/AIDS in Xi＇an from 2011 to 2015 were collected and the epidemiological characteristics were analyzed. Results A total of 478 cases over 50 years old were reported during 2011 and 2015. The proportion of people aged above 50 years old among all reported HIV/AIDS cases increased from 7.78% （27/347） in 2011 to 16.67% （181/1086） in 2015. The mean age was （56.67 ＋ 7.60） years old and the ratio of male and female was 7.24：1. Among the cases,36.19% were the primary school education level or lower. Peasants and off- farm workers accounted for 25.52%. Heterosexual sexual transmission held 61.51% and reports from medical institutions accounted for 62.56%. Conclusion The reported cases of aged people with HIV/AIDS increase significantly. Heterosexual transmission is the major route. It is necessary to strengthen the health education about HIV/AIDS and enhance the intervention on risk behavior in aged people. The targeted preventive and control measures should be carried out to reduce the risk of AIDS infection in aged people.
