广西乙类大型医用设备配置和利用现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析广西乙类大型医用设备配置与利用情况,为编制广西乙类大型医用设备配置规划提供依据;方法采用问卷普查和现场调查法,用Epi Data 3.0录入数据,并用SPSS 17.0对广西乙类大型医用设备的总体情况、分布情况、工作量情况、利用情况进行统计分析;结果广西拥有乙类大型医用设备584台,其中CT 331台,MRI 93台,DSA78台,LA 57台,SPECT 25台;60.12%的CT集中于二级医院,分别有76.34%、93.59%、84.21%、100.00%的MRI、DSA、LA、SPECT集中于三级医院;三级医院CT的年平均工作量分别是二级医院、一级医院的1.44、3.96倍,二级医院CT的年平均工作量是一级医院的2.76倍;2013年、2014年、2015年分别有60.70%、56.92%、58.62%的CT利用过度,分别有3.89%、5.00%、3.76%的CT利用不足;结论截至2015年,广西乙类大型医用设备种类齐全,增幅合理,但管理松懈;2013-2015年,广西乙类大型医用设备利用不足与利用过度并存。Objective To analyze the configuration and utilization of large medical equipment in Guangxi,and to provide the scientific basis for the plan of class B large medical equipment in Guangxi. Methods General survey and field survey were both used during the research. EpiData 3.0 was used for data entry and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis of general, distribution,working and utilization situation. Results Guangxi had 584 sets of class B large medical equipment,including 331 sets of CT,93 sets of MRI,78 sets of DSA,57 sets of LA and 25 sets of SPECT. 60. 12% of CT were concentrated in secondary hospitals. 76.34% ,93.59% ,84. 21% and 100. 00% of the MRI, DSA, LA and SPECT were concentrated in tertiary hospitals, respectively. Compared with secondary and basic hospitals, CT average workload of tertiary hospitals was 1.44 and 3.96 times than them, and the average workload of CT in secondary hospital was 2. 76 times of the basic hospitals. During 2013 - 2015 ,the 60. 70% ,56. 92% and 58.62% of CT were excessive utilized, respectively, while 3.89% , 5.00% and 3.76% of CT were insufficient utilized. Conclusion By 2015 ,the types of class B large medical equipment in Guangxi are full, and the growth is reasonable, but the management is loose. From 2013 to 2015,insufficient utilization coexist with excessive utilization of the class B large medical equipment in Guangxi.
