贸易便利化影响了出口技术复杂度吗——基于2002—2014年省级面板样本的检验

摘　　要：以Wilson J S,Mann C L,Otsuki T的测算方法为基础,构建贸易便利化的新指标体系并测度了中国2002—2014年26个省级样本的贸易便利化水平,在此基础上考察了贸易便利化对出口技术复杂度提升的地区与行业差异性。研究结论表明:贸易便利化水平在不同地区间差异明显,呈现出东部、中部、西部地区依次递减的格局;从地区层面上来看,贸易便利化水平对中西部地区出口技术复杂度的提升效应较东部地区更为明显;从产业层面上来看,贸易便利化水平对高技术产业、中技术产业的出口技术复杂度的提升效应较低技术产业更为显著。Based on Wilson J S, Mann C L, Otsuki T （2003） study, the authors build a new index system of trade facilitation to measure the level of trade facilitation based on 26 provincial samples of China in 2002-2014, and also investigate the differences of regions and industries about the influences of the trade facilitation on the improvement of the export technology sophistication. The conclusion of the study shows that the level of trade facilitation differs greatly from a region to another, showing a decreasing pattern of the order of the eastern, central and western regions. From the regional level point of view, the promotion effect of trade facilitation level to the central and western regions of the export technology complexity is more obvio- usthantheeasternregions;Fromtheindustrylevelpointofview, thepromotioneffect oftrade facilitation levelofhightechindustries and medium tech industries of export technology sophistication is more significant than that of low tech industries.
