摘　　要：烧伤后增生性瘢痕发生机制较复杂,防治方法主要包括用药、敷料、加压、冷冻治疗、放射治疗、激光治疗、手术治疗等,综合个体化治疗是基本治疗原则,治疗最终的目的在于改善容貌、矫正瘢痕造成的功能障碍,临床重点还在于防治。对于瘢痕遗留患者,也越来越关注心理康复、功能康复。The pathogenesis of hypertrophic scar after burn is more complicated, the prevention and cure method mainly includes the medicine, the dressing, the pressure, the freezing treatment, the radiotherapy, the laser treatment, the surgery treatment and so on, comprehensive individual therapy is the basic treatment principle, the ultimate goal of treatment is to improve the appearance, to correct the dysfunction caused by scar, the focus is also on the prevention and treatment. For scar left patients, also pay more and more attention to the osvcholo^zical rehabilitation, functional rehabilitation.
