摘　　要：给出液氯包装工艺流程图,介绍液氯包装区自动化控制系统的控制方案与实施。在S7-200CPU上建立被控指标的控制及模型分析,有针对性地进行工艺控制改进,并做好相应的预防和应急措施,构造整个程序方法,从而达到了快速、高效的安全控制效果。The process flow chart of liquid chlorine packaging was given. The control scheme and implementation of automation control system for liquid chlorine packaging were introduced. An analysis model was established and control indexes were controlled by using S7 -200CPU, thus process control was improved specifically. Corresponding preventive measures and emergency measures were made, and a complete program method was constructed. Therefore, rapid and efficient safety control was achieved.
