摘　　要：分析氯化苯生产过程中废水的来源和性质,结合安徽八一化工股份有限公司自身特点进行研究,采用简单实用的过滤器、分离器结合树脂柱的工艺装置,将废水中苯系物质量分数有效控制在1×10-6以内,实现了污染物的资源化处理及氯化苯的清洁生产,达到了节能、减排的目的。The origins and nature of wastewater in production of chlorobenzene were analyzed. How to treat the wastewater was studied in combination with the characteristics of Anhui Bayi Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. A simple and useful device composed of filters and separator combined with resin column was used to effectively control benzenes mass fraction in the wastewater within 1×10^-6. Thus the recycling of pollutants and the clean production of chlorobenzene were realized and the aims of energy-saving and emission reduction were achieved.
