摘 要:研究不同乡土牧草材料的苗期植株的抗旱性差异,对筛选干旱区高抗性乡土牧草资源具有重要意义.以6份乡土披碱草属(Elymus L.)牧草的苗期植株为研究材料,进行连续干旱胁迫试验,并测定第0 d、5 d、10 d的脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素含量及细胞膜透性,最后运用隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评价.结果表明,随着干旱的持续,6份实验材料叶绿素的含量显著性降低(P<0.05);丙二醛、脯氨酸、细胞膜含量或透性呈显著性增加趋势(P<0.05).综合评定抗旱性强弱的顺序为:圆柱披碱草>老芒麦>垂穗披碱草>麦宾草>披碱草>短芒老芒麦.Study on the drought resistance of different local forage species' seedling is vital for selecting high-resistance forage species in drought regions. In this study, six kinds of native Elymus L. species seedlings were used for continuous drought resist- ance experiment, and the cell membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA) , proline, and chlorophyll contents were deter- mined after 0 d,5 d, 10 d drought stress. The method of generalized membership function in Fuzzy mathematics was applied to compare drought resistance of 6 species. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of all the six tested species was de- creased significantly with the duration of drought stress respectivly, ( P 〈 0. 05 ). However, the cell membrane permeability, pro- line, and MDA contents of all the six tested species were increased significantly (P 〈 O. 05 ). The final comprehensive evaluation of the drought resistance of the six tested species was ranked as follows : Elymus dahuricus 〉 Elymus sibiricus Linn 〉 Elymus nu- tans Griseb. 〉 Elymus tangutorum (Nevski) Hand. -Mazz 〉 Elymus dahuricus Turcz. 〉 Elymus dahuricus.
