摘 要:针对潞新矿区浅部巷道支护中部分材料使用不合理、支护密度大、可靠性差等问题,采用高预应力支护理论,适当提升材料强度、优化支护参数、提高锚固可靠性,运用多方案数值模拟确定支护参数。在二矿E4401回风巷进行了现场试验,矿压监测表明,优化支护后在支护密度大幅降低的情况下,巷道变形很小,成巷速度加快。Some problems existed in support of shallow roadways in Luxin mining area, including part of support materials were unreasonable, support density was high and reliability low. By high prestress theory, strength of materials was higher, parameters were optimized and anchoring reliability was enhanced. New support parameters were determined by numerical simulation of multi-solutions. Field test was carried out in E4401 ventilation roadway of No.2 mine. Mine pressure monitoring showed that roadway deform was small and excavating velocity was higher after new parameters whose support density greatly reduced was implemented.
