摘 要:以角片零件为例,提出了基于VISI软件的模具设计方法。首先研究了级进模具的设计流程,而后进行了零件的成形工艺设计,最后论述了零件的展开、料带设计、模架设计、工程制图和BOM生成等关键技术。研究结果表明,该设计方法减少了重复工作,简化了设计,提高了效率,明确了模具CAD技术在复杂级进模具设计中的作用。A bending sheet metal part was taken as an example in introducing the designing process of progressive die based on VISI software. Firstly,the general design flowchart of progress die was proposed,and then the forming processes were designed. At last,the key technology of unfolding,strip layout,progress parts designing,drawing and BOMlist designing were given in this paper. It showed the importance of the CAD technology in designing of relatively complex progressive dies,which reduced many repeating work in the design,and simplified the design and improved the efficiency.
