摘  要:对不锈钢复合板压力容器的焊接特点进行了理论分析及实践研究,总结出其焊接工艺,重点研究焊接的三要素:焊接坡口、焊接材料和参数、焊接顺序,并通过焊接件的机理以及物理性能检验分析,说明了不锈钢复合钢板压力容器的焊接工艺的可操作性。The theoretical analysis and practical research on stainless steel clad plate pressure vessel welding characteristics was conducted in this paper,and its welding technologywas summed up too. The study focused on the three elementsin welding,which were welding groove,welding material and parameters,welding sequence. The test analysis of the welding mechanism and physical performance of the weldmentverified the operabilityof the stainless steel composite steel pressure vessel welding technology.
