摘　　要：通过对煤矿生产实践中YBSS低压系列输送机用隔爆型三相异步电动机异常振动的8个实例的分析,说明了该系列电动机安装不规范、转子故障、轴承磨损、电动机机壳刚度不够等4种因素引起的电动机运转中出现了异常振动和噪声故障。指出了预防这4种因素引起电动机故障发生的相关技术措施,提供了一些现场维护、保养YBSS隔爆型电动机的经验。Analyzes eight instances in production of coal mining, where YBSS flameproof motorabnormal vibrations and abnormal noise. Four factors that impact the motor are explained, including motor installation is not standard, the rotor fault, bearing wear, motor chassis rigidity is not enough. Indicate some methods to prevent motor from abnormal vibrations or abnormal noise as the results of these four factors. Also some experiences in repairing and maintaining motors are provided.
