摘　　要：本文通过研究不同表面活性剂(OP-10、吐温-80、十二烷基吡咯烷酮)对盐酸沙拉沙星溶解度的影响,探讨不同表面活性剂分子结构对盐酸沙拉沙星增溶原理,并通过建立盐酸沙拉沙星含量测定标准曲线,量化增溶效果。实验结果表明,在OP-10用量为12%时,对盐酸沙拉沙星溶解度达到最大4.683ug/m L,具有较好效果。Abstract：The effects of different surfactants （OP-10, Tween-80 and dodecyL-pyrroLidone） on the soLu- biLity ofsaLt＇Loxacin hydrochLoride were studied in this paper. To expLore the soLubiLization mechanism of saLafLoxacin hydrochLoride by moLecuLar structure of different surfactants, And the standard curves for the determination of saLfl.oxacin hydrochLoride were estabLished, quantitative soLubiLization effect. The resuLts showed that the best soLubiLity of saLazacin hydrochLoride was 4.683 ug / mL when the dosage of OP-10 was 12%.
