摘 要:以丙烯酰氯、对氨基苯甲酸为原料,通过N酰化反应及中和反应合成单体——对丙烯酰胺苯甲酸钠(a),并以过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠为复合引发剂,以自制的对丙烯酰胺苯甲酸钠和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体通过水溶液自由基共聚法合成了二元聚合物(b)。利用延长原油模拟的原油乳液对聚合物的破乳性能进行了考察,同时研究了聚合物的絮凝性能和对含油废水的除油效果。结果表明,在破乳温度70℃、处理时间2 h的条件下,当聚合物(b)投加量为110 mg/L时,脱水率达92.04%;在室温下,当自制聚合物投加量为12 mg/L时,硅藻土悬浮液上层清液的絮凝时间为9 s,透光率为98.6%;在聚合物投加量为30 mg/L、温度为50℃、处理时间为7 h的条件下,对含油废水的除油率达94.5%;与市售破乳剂BQ-05、SP-169及市售絮凝剂PAM、PDMC相比,自制聚合物具有更好的絮凝破乳性能。Sodium benzoate of p-acrylamide (a) was synthesized by N-acyl reaction and neutralization reaction between acryloyl chloride and p-aminobenzoic acid. Then, a binary copolymer (b) was prepared via solution polymerization of sodium benzoate of p-acrylamide and methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) through a redox initiator system of ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite. Subsequently,the demulsification of the obtained polymer was evaluated by Yanchang crude oil simulated crude oil emulsion. The flocculation and oil removal performances of the copolymer were also investigated. The results showed that the dehydration rate of the polymer (b) reached 92. 04% when dosage of polymer ( b ) was 110 mg/L, at 70 ℃, for 2 h. The transparency of the supernatant of diatomite slurry was up to 98.6% and the flocculation time was only 9 s at room temperature and copolymer dosage of 12 mg/L. The oil removal rate of the copolymer was 94. 5% under the condition of 30 mg/L copolymer dosage at 50 ℃ for 7 h. The homemade polymer had better flocculation and demulsification performance than that of commercial BQ -05, SP- 169, PAM and PDMC.
