晚期胰腺癌患者的人文关怀和姑息护理应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用人文关怀和姑息护理综合实践改善晚期胰腺癌患者生活质量的效果。方法根据胰腺癌患者疼痛特点,运用数字疼痛评分量表为测量工具,观察护理综合实施后患者的效果。结果采用综合护理措施后患者疼痛和生活质量及舒适性发生显著效果7例(18.92%),显效25例(67.57%),有效4例(10.81%),无效1例(2.70%)。结论人文关怀和姑息护理相结合的综合护理实践措施,可以帮助晚期胰腺癌患者减轻疼痛,提高生活质量和舒适性,对发展肿瘤专科姑息护理具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the comprehensive application of humanistic care and palliative care practice effect analysis of improve the quality of life in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods According to characteristics of patients with pancreatic cancer pain,pain rating scale for measuring tool by Numbers,observe the effect of the comprehensive implementation of patients after nursing.Results Adopts the comprehensive nursing measures after the patient＇s pain and quality of life and comfort of significant effect of seven （18.92%）,25（67.57%）, effective four（10.81%）, 1（2.70%） is invalid.Conclusions Humanistic care and palliative care nursing practice that combines an integrated measures,can help reduce pain in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, improve the quality of life and comfort,to develop cancer specialist palliative care has important clinical significance.
