摘 要:目的建立用离子色谱法测定注射用头孢噻肟钠中的残留2-乙基己酸的定量检测方法与气相色谱进行比较。方法20mmol/L氢氧化钾淋洗液,AS11-HC(250*4mm)色谱柱,流速:1.2mL/min。结果2-乙基己酸浓度在0~10.28μg/mL范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系,Y=0.0203x-0.0004,r=0.9999。结论与气相色谱法比较离子色谱法测定头孢噻肟钠中残留的2-乙基已酸样品用量少,前处理简单、环保,分析快捷、准确。Objective Established the method for quantitative determination of the residues of 2- ethylhexanoic acid in Cefotaxime sodium for Injection by ion chromatography. And used this method compared with the gas chromatography, s method. Method The eluent solution was 20mmol/L potassium hydroxide and the flow rate was 1.2 mL/min with AS 11-HC (250*4mm) columns. Results When 2- ethylhexanoic acid concentration was 0-10.28mg/mL, the lineary was y =0.0203x-0.0004, r =0.9999. Conclusion Compared with the gas chromatography method, Ion chromatographic determination method of 2- ethylhexanoie acid in Cefotaxime sodium for Injection used sample less, the pretreatment was simple and environmental protection, analysis was quick and accurate.
