循经络仿生物电刺激治疗盆腔静脉瘀血综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察循经络仿生物电刺激治疗女性盆腔静脉瘀血综合征的治疗效果,并为证明有效率及治愈率提供临床依据。方法:将符合盆腔静脉瘀血综合征诊断的50例女性患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组25例。治疗组采用循经络仿生物电刺激治疗,每10次为1个疗程,共2个疗程。对照组采取对照组采取针刺治疗,选穴、治疗时间和疗程同治疗组。记录治疗1个月、2个月后患者经阴道妇科彩超情况、长海痛尺评分情况及妇科检查情况,判断其有效率。结果:1个月后,治疗组总有效率64%,显效率64%,治愈率0%;对照组总有效率52%,显效率52%,治愈率0%。2个月后,治疗组总有效率96%,显效率80%,治愈率16%;对照组总有效率80%,显效率72%,治愈率8%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用循经络仿生物电刺激治疗盆腔淤血综合症疗效确切,值得进一步推广应用。Objective： To observe the meridians of bio-electrical stimulation in treatment of female pelvic venous stasis syndrome treatment, an provide clinical evidence for the effectiveness and cure rate. Methods： A total of 50 cases of female patients with Pelvic congestion syndrome, who were used a random number table metho drandomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by imitating bio-electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group, it is 10 times of one course, the treatment need 2 courses. The control group was treated with acupuncture.selecting points, courses and treatment time are similar to treatment group. To record the Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, changhai pain scale score and gynecological examination, judge the efficiency. Results： After one month, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 64%;the significant effective rate was 64%;the cure rate was 0%.In control group, the total effective rate was 52%;the significant effective rate was 52%,and the cure rate was 0%.After two months, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%, the significant effective rate was 80%, the cure rate was 16%.In control group, the total effective rate was 80%, the significant effective rate was 72%,and cure rate was 8%.Compared to the two group, the difference was statistically significant（p〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is obvious curative effect to use the meridians bio-electrical stimulation to treatment the pelvic congestion syndrome, worthy of clinical popularization and Application.
