摘　　要：地方应用型本科院校经管类专业在实践教学的目标、内容、形式、条件、师资等方面与高职院校有所不同。从专业群视角来看,在实践教学方面,地方应用型本科院校经管类专业没有充分发挥专业集群优势,教学资源未能整合,教学环节没有有效协同。通过实施优化专业结构、整合课程群、共建共享校内外实训基地、打造"双师型"实践教学团队等措施可有效解决这些问题。Local applied undergraduate colleges and universities are different from the higher vocational colleges in the administration specialty in practice teaching target, content, form, conditions, and teachers and so on. From professional group of perspective, in terms of the practice teaching, where applied undergraduate colleges and universities of administration specialty not give full play to the advantage of cluster, failed to integrate the teaching resources, teaching links without effective coordination. We can effectively solve these problems through optimizing professional structure, integrating curriculum group, sharing face-to-face training base, build the ＂double division type＂ practice teaching team and other measures.
